So you need a sprinkler system.  You go to the parts store with a drawing of your yard and some measurements (because they offer "free" design).  They call you a week later with a price that was considerably higher than you expected, so you call a landscaper to give you a quote on doing the entire job and they end up being over twice what the parts were!  Before you consider doing this yourself or paying as landscaper that much to install them, consider this:  The parts store only makes a profit from selling parts, the landscaper doesn't make a profit designing sprinkler systems, and most landscapers don't know how!  Why would they need to, when the parts store does it for free!  So the parts store designs as many parts as possible (within reason) into your system, then you call the landscaper and they go to the parts store and get a price on parts from your design, and at least double it! 

At 1llc we do all of our design in house, our intent is to minimize materials and maximize watering efficiency, this intern minimizes cost while maximizing quality.  We use a specific combination of parts because after 60+ sprinklers systems over the years we know what works!  Using the same quality of parts we are on average 10% - 30% less expensive than our competition.  If you find prices cheaper than ours it is for one or more of three reasons:  1.  Lower quality product (usually it's the pipe).  2.  They won't honor the warranty.  We pride ourselves on one of the best warranties in the business!  Mistakes are inevitable, if we make one, which we rarely do, we'll fix it!  3. In the spring of 2010 1llc purchased a Vibratory Plow with an Auger Attachment.  The vibratory plow has many uses, the main concept being that it allows us to bury lines of all sorts up to 1" in diameter up to 18" deep without having to trench or excavate, thus saving hours of labor and years of settling ground.  The Auger Attachment allows us to horizontally bore up to 1 1/4" hole, up to 100' long underneath number of things (roads, driveways, patios, sidewalks, etc.) without having to excavate!  Both of these services are an automatic money saver for contractors!  Need to get under a driveway instead of all the way around a house?  Contact us 

There are a lot of excavators and a lot of dump trucks and dump trailers in the Cache Valley area, so Demolition and Transport are not a very specific trade, we changed that!  We have an 8,000 lb. Dump Truck capable of hauling 12,000 lbs.  There are trucks that haul a lot more and weigh a lot more also, there are trailers that way about the same and haul the same volume, but nowhere near the weight that we can haul!  We also have an 8,000 lb. rubber track excavator with a thumb, this has about 2/3 the power of a backhoe with less than half the weight.  In 2009 we saved out clients approximately $30,000.00 in yard, concrete, and ashpalt repair and other cost including trip fees and time.  To sum up, this is what seperates us from the competition:  more power, more payload, tighter fit, less yard damage!  When it comes to specifics no one can compete!  Concrete, asphalt, buildings, stumps, underground tanks, if you need something gone and don't want to ruin the surrounding area:  Contact us
